MediaWhiz Launches adNet a Customizable Solution for Online Display Advertising
by Jason Cohen

NEW YORK, NY, August 21, 2006 – MediaWhiz Holdings, LLC today announced the launch of adNet, a newly established ad network for online display advertising. adNet’s new offering allows advertisers and publishers to embrace control of their display advertising programs. The network provides customization features and a high level of transparency that is unique to the marketplace.

Advertisers have the option with adNet to run within various online sub-networks, providing access to remnant or premium inventory, vertical channels, custom site media plans, or integrated site sponsorships. Each campaign can be further customized by selecting from a complete list of targeting and optimization tools to be utilized across all IAB standard ad units.

adNet allows publishers to maximize the value of their ad inventory while maintaining a quality user experience and providing advertiser transparency. With adNet’s flexible publisher programs, web sites of all sizes have complete control when accessing branding and performance focused advertisers. Publishers may establish parameters including pricing structure, detailed creative and advertiser restrictions, among others, to safeguard their business standards.

“The level of transparency and flexibility we offer both advertisers and publishers clearly distinguishes our network in the marketplace,” said Jason Cohen, president of MediaWhiz. “The feedback we have received thus far from agencies, advertisers and publishers is that they are excited to have a partner who offers this level of control.”

Behind the launch of adNet is Jeff Kuntz, who was a founding employee of Undertone Networks and founder of Real Estate Media Network, which was acquired by MediaWhiz in May and subsequently rolled into adNet.  Also joining the team is Adam Glantz, who was most recently responsible for the oversight of network operations and product development at Traffic Marketplace, along with Rodney Fetaya who led online sales for Sporting News online.  The roll-out of adNet will commence with an agency and publisher road-show running through the end of the year.

About Media Whiz and adNet.  adNet is a division of MediaWhiz Holdings, LLC.  MediaWhiz is a leading online performance marketing company.  Founded in 2001, MediaWhiz has emerged as a market leader in lead generation, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and other online media services.  The company has been featured twice as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. by Entrepreneur magazine.

The actuality of this situation remains that technology is by no means detrimental to our society here in the United States, civilization throughout the world, or to the greater humanity of the human race; instead, it is vital to its survival.
