Mobile Messenger Appoints Larry Robiner to VP, CRM Channel Sales
by Press Release

Mobile Messenger, the leading mobile solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Larry Robiner to the position of vice president, CRM channel sales. Robiner brings 13 years of marketing and CRM experience to his role, and will be responsible for developing new solutions and building partnerships to help marketers, service providers and other companies tap the mobile platform to better connect and engage with consumers.

"Larry is a tenured veteran of the marketing industry and a strategic addition to Mobile Messenger's executive team," said Michael Iaccarino, CEO of Mobile Messenger. "2009 was a great year for our company and we have solid growth plans for the year ahead.  As we continue to develop innovative mobile solutions, Larry's business acumen and superior customer relationship marketing skills will ensure we maintain our market leadership position."

Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, Robiner was vice president of business development at Epsilon, where he played a pivotal role in introducing the company's data-driven marketing solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.  This experience will be invaluable at Mobile Messenger as the company continues to expand its mobile offerings and partner with companies from a variety of industries seeking to leverage the burgeoning mobile channel to connect with consumers.  Specifically, Robiner will spearhead efforts for continued market expansion in standard messaging and mobile CRM sectors and support the company's growing global business.

"I am thrilled to join Mobile Messenger at a time when mobile is on the cusp of mainstream adoption and prominence," said Robiner. "I look forward to collaborating with our partners to develop new market opportunities for this exciting communication channel."

Robiner's appointment comes on the heels of a series of developments in Mobile Messenger's growing mobile business. The company recently announced the acquisition of m-Qube from VeriSign, an initiative to support the SMS donation campaign for Haiti relief, partnerships with Rave Mobile Safety and Telescope, Inc. and the hiring of two new senior executives.  To further support the growing company, Amy Dudman has been promoted to senior vice president, strategic operations. In her new role, Dudman will spearhead the m-Qube integration, streamline campaign operations and applications and lead corporate positioning.

"Amy is an integral part of Mobile Messenger's management team and has extended herself across all functions of our business.  Her contributions have been instrumental in catapulting us to the leading U.S. market position we have today," said Iaccarino. "Through her vision and ability to identify and execute around critical issues, she has demonstrated tremendous leadership and commitment to our organization. With Amy's promotion and Larry's appointment, we are in an excellent position to capitalize on growth opportunities in the coming year and fulfill our goal of expanding into new channels."
