MEMOLINK, INC. CHANGES CORPORATE NAME TO ADPERIO AND LAUNCHES NEW WEB SITE
by Press Release

Memolink, Inc., a Denver-based online marketing and advertising agency, announced today that the company changed its corporate name to Adperio.

The name, Adperio, combines the words “advertising” and “aperio” (Latin for ‘open, unconcealed or uncovered’).  The Adperio name and new tagline, “Advertising in the Open,” highlight the company’s adherence to industry-leading best practices, transparency and collaborative approach to interactive marketing solutions.

The rebranding also includes Adperio’s business-to-business product lines.  CPA Storm, the company’s affiliate network, has become the Adperio Network.   The company’s business-to-consumer online loyalty program will continue to be known as Memolink.com, a subsidiary of Adperio.

“We’re proud to announce our new name and feel that it more accurately reflects our commitment to our advertisers. We’ve embraced the philososphy of ‘advertising in the open’ and everything it includes. We act as consultants and partner with advertisers, working side-by-side as a joint decision-making team,” said David Asseoff, founder, president and CEO of Adperio.

As part of the rebranding, the company launched a new Web site, www.adperio.com.  The Web site was designed to visually represent the openness, transparency and visibility Adperio provides its advertising clients. The mountain ranges, low horizons and vast skyline represent the expansiveness of online advertising opportunities.  Adperio.com is a one-stop shop for advertisers, market research firms and ad agencies looking for performance-based marketing solutions.

Adperio will be exhibiting its new corporate identity and expanded product offerings in Booth 1724 at ad:tech New York from November 4-6, 2009.
