Victoria, British Columbia-February 1, 2007: Neverblue Media Incorporated, a private Canadian online marketing company that specializes in affiliate marketing, announced today that it has been successfully acquired by Vertrue Incorporated, a leading Internet marketing services company. Also part of the acquisition is Neverblue Media’s sister company PhoneInterviewed.com, Inc., a direct phone contact center. Neverblue Media will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Vertrue.
Founded in 2004 by four partners, Neverblue Media’s services and revenue have grown exponentially since its inception. The company is comprised of five business units, recently introduced a proprietary technology system and currently employs 50 staff. PhoneInterviewed.com was launched independent of Neverblue Media in December 2005 and currently employs 30 staff at its contact center. Neverblue Media will continue to operate as-is from its current headquarters in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Vertrue currently owns two other subsidiary companies based out of Canada, including the popular online dating services company, Lavalife Inc.

I found out the RAZOREYE MEDIA is affiliated with Neverblue.
On August 13, I tried a 3 day trial of RAZOREYE using my charge card for $6.95. The same night I cancelled. I found out August 24th RAZOREYE CHARGED MY CARD $39.95. I have contacted RAZOREYE more times than I can count now to no avail. If I were you I would look on the Internet under RAZOREYE and you will find that this company rips people off and DO NOT RESPOND to it's customers. I would not do business with them if I were you. I wish I had checked out RAZOREYE before I went to thier website. If you would please, contact RAZOREYE on my behalf and ask them why don't they answer me and refund my $39.95? I have NEVER had as much trouble with Internet shopping as I have with Razoreye!Companys like RAZOREYE give Internet shopping a bad reputation.
Anything you can do will be appreciated!

I too feel ripped off. I applied and paid for a 3-day trial membership ($7.95) and unbeknownst to me it has also charged me two months now at $39.95 per month. Apparently when you sign up for a 3-day trial you are committing to a monthly membership until you cancel. I contacted them and they would not refund my money but did cancel any further billing.

I was ripped off myself for $9.95 even though I cancelled after 2 days of the free trial period. Said they never received the email. Thats funny, they had no problem getting the first one. Goggle this business and see how many web sites are devoted to exposing these people.

My 3 day trial was $2.95. I cancelled it 24 hours later. A month later, I was charged $39.60. I have multiple addresses, which does include a billing@razoreye.com, and have made it very clear to them that I will not stop until they refund my money. I cancelled that crap, they had no business charging me for it.

As many of the previous entries , I feel I was ripped off too! there has got to be something we can do collectively to stop these people from reaching into our bank accounts without permission. Razoreye and all of its affiliates should have to answer for this deception!!!! any Ideas? tburrelli@hotmail.com

Every question I've ever had has been answered within 1 day, and your affiliate manager is just about always available for you. They also have the HIGHEST payouts i have ever seen.
