May's Take

May's Take: Oh So Dificil
by Bryan May

In a real reel sort of way, here’s what’s going on.  Today was rough.  Truly not the way I saw it going, would have liked it to have gone, or could have possibly envisioned it turning out.  There was a chance I could have at least salvaged the day by some semblance of an enjoyable evening, accompanied by a nice meal and a long night of sleep.  None of that happened, or will happen, and my unpalatable morning, afternoon and evening will now extend into the new AM that is upon me.  With any luck, or skill rather, it will not dig through to the upcoming PM.  Dawn.  Sent me and brought me and took me apart.

As soon as I get my electricity and gas turned on, buy a refrigerator and a bed I am going to move into my new place.  Actually, I don’t even need a refrigerator or a bed, technically.  Or maybe to save a little I will opt in to my own emarketpanel fridge offer and win a shiny Kenmore to put in my new kitchen.  Mushrooms on the tiles.  Yeah, it’s true.  The previous owners decorated my kitchen with mushrooms on the tiles.  What the hell?  Even more curious is the fact that it was built in 1981.  Isn’t the mushroom motif something out of 1971?  So that needs to be remedied.  But I can still move in without the Kenmore, without the bed, as long as I have a sleeping bag or something.  The other item of note is that I absolutely must tear out the carpet in my bathroom.  Small corner pocket, with window to slide open and shower/toilet combo.  Carpet.  Not pleasant at all.  Needs to be torn and replaced with mushroom tile for when I engage in partytime and drunk dingwagglers wander upstairs and urinize my floor.  Sour carpet.  Don’t need that.
