Victoria, BC – July 22, 2008 – Neverblue Media Incorporated, a premier lead generation network, announced today the formation of its Board of Advisors comprised of the company’s four co-founders. The Board will play a key role in advising and supporting the Neverblue Executive Team through their future growth initiatives.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Hakan Lindskog, announced that the four cofounders of Neverblue: Todd Dunlop (former President and Chief Executive Officer), Jordan Visco (former Vice President of Affiliate Marketing), Dave Arnsdorf (former Vice President of Finance) and Greg Bate (former Director of Technology), have transitioned to an active role on Neverblue’s Board of Advisors. “We are pleased with the smooth transition of leadership at Neverblue and will continue to provide advice and direction on plans and growth initiatives proposed by the Neverblue Executive Team,” said Todd Dunlop.
With the transition of the co-founders, Lindskog has appointed new executives to his Executive Team. The team, made up of senior leaders from across the organization, will support Lindskog and his plan for continued revenue growth and market leadership. The executive team members are: Kevin Wolski (Director of Client Service), Mark How (Vice President of Sales and Business Development), Reed Pridy (Senior Manager Compliance and Quality Assurance), Gavin Aitken (Director of Technology), Jennifer Carr (Senior Director of Finance and Accounting) and Dawn Robson (Director of Human Resources).
Last year, Neverblue announced that it had been acquired by online marketing giant, Vertrue Incorporated. After the acquisition, the co-founders helped ensure an efficient change to the leadership team. The next step for the four entrepreneurs will be to continue to consult on the operations of Neverblue. “Having a Board of Advisors at Neverblue reinforces our long term growth strategy and is helping us position the company for the future,” said Lindskog.
