Think about the reasons and causes that your opportunities have or have not worked out. Doing this on a regular basis keeps things fresh in your mind allowing you to seize new opportunities and avoid pitfalls that may be lurking.

When you look at your daily stats and see that 20% of your affiliates are generating 80% of your leads, do you ask yourself why? Most of the time when you review the results you will get the same answer. "The right campaign is not running with the right traffic source."

Before you bring a campaign or affiliate in ask these simple questions:

1. What categories does this offer fit in?
2. What type of offer placement will work, i.e. banner, search, email or social?
3. What demographics does the offer target?

Here is the catch, ask the same questions of affiliates you bring into your network.

Now, match your offer to the right affiliate. Sounds simple but how many people actually do it?
